Payment

Transformation Book: payment through direct checkout.
RAM Diagnostic: 100% prepayment before the date is confirmed.
Strategic Reset: 100% prepayment before the session is confirmed.
RAM Group: 100% prepayment to secure a place.
RAM Individual: after the diagnostic and confirmation of suitability, the program is paid in full before work begins.
Ocean Reset: payment terms are agreed when the specific format is confirmed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

More than 24 hours: rescheduling may be available according to the service terms.
Less than 24 hours: the session may be considered booked and non-transferable or non-refundable under the applicable commercial policy.
No-show: the session may be considered used.
All terms apply subject to applicable mandatory law.

Refunds

Refund terms are defined separately for digital products, individual services, group programs, and special formats.
